Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the cm2 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. cm2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including supporting documents, for compliance and security purposes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and the holding of any account balance pending review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. cm2 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. All transactions on the cm2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). cm2 supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and Malaysian bank transfers. Any taxes or charges relating to your transactions — including service taxes or bank transfer fees — are solely your responsibility. cm2 is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
If you notice an unrecognised transaction or a payment error, please report it to the cm2 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processable.
